Fidium Fiber Installation Process
Once you place your Fidium order, you can get started as a Fidium customer even before installation by registering for the Fidium.net portal to create your customer profile.
On installation day, we’ll contact you when we’re on the way to review your order. When the technician arrives for your concierge installation, they’ll review your equipment with you, and you can sit back and relax as the technician gets everything up and running. While you’re waiting, download the Attune™ WiFi App and we’ll set up your WiFi gateway.
Once the equipment is installed, the technician runs a house-wide speed test and troubleshoots any issues. Then you’re free to use the internet at home as you please, faster than ever!
